In counselling we explore together how you can start to deal with anger in a more constructive way, based on the premise that ‘anger is an expression of an unmet need’ (Marshall Rosenberg, 2003).
This includes an educational approach on how to minimize physiological arousal during angry outbursts and also communication skills so that you can understand the underlying feelings and needs and also get your message across in a way that can be heard.
